When I first meet with a client, I will ask the client what has brought them to therapy. With this information, I will then discuss how I will work with them.

The first session with any new client is to assess if we can work together and if the client feels comfortable with continuing the therapeutic process. The cost of

therapy is always discussed, I can work on a sliding scale in regards to payment depending on the clients situation. The presenting issues or symptoms

causing suffering that most clients come in for are:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Stress disorders including PTSD
  • Eating disorders
  • States of depression
  • Postnatal depression
  • Loss / bereavement
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Relationship difficulty

The length of time for therapy depends on the client and their presenting issues, long or short term therapy can be arranged.

All treatment is confidential, discreet and professional.
